学术共同体的契约精神:本质、背离与回归

摘　　要：学术共同体的契约精神是系统内部成员之间的一种无言的、约定俗成的、休戚与共的精神盟约。就信仰而言,它蕴含对真理的热爱、敬畏与追求;就理智而言,它遵循内在的"玩趣"、理论与方法;就人格而言,它怀抱冥想、慎微与批判的特质;就自律而言,它崇尚一种心灵的道德约束。然而,学术的商品化、规划性、调控性与他律性,使学术共同体逐渐背离其契约精神的本质。其回归策略是,以真理之爱代替真理之用,以学术审美代替学术规划,以批判人格代替顺从人格,以学术争鸣代替道德律令。Essentially, the contract spirit of the academic community is a wordless, conventional and solidary spirit alliance oath among the internal members of the system. With regard to the belief, it contains the love, veneration and pursuit for the troth. With regard to the intellect, it complies with the internal ＂play fun＂, theory and method. Besides, the personality contains the feature of meditation, cautiousness and criticism. The self-discipline upholds the moral restraint of the spirit. However, the commercialization, programming, regulation and heteronomy of the academy is pulling the academic community away from the contract spirit. The returning strategy is to replace the application of the truth with the love of the truth, and academic planning with the academic aesthetics, obedience personality with the criticism personality, and the moral imperatives with the academic controversy.
