摘 要:目的评估Oncentra治疗计划系统电子线剂量模型功能。方法将治疗计划系统的剂量计算结果与IBA三维水箱对5档电子线照射、斜入射百分深度剂量的实测结果做比较。对有无补偿胶的放疗计划计算结果进行对比,并与相关文献对照。结果 Oncentra治疗计划系统计算剂量与水箱实测数据误差在2%以内,有无补偿胶的剂量变化与相关文献结论一致。结论 Oncentra治疗计划系统的电子线剂量模型是正确、可靠的。Objective To perform a clinical evaluation of the electron beam model of the Oncentra treatment planning system. Methods The dose value were calculated by the Oncentra treatment planning system and compared with the real value that were validated by measurements of ifve grades of electron beams and percentage depth dose in an IBA 3D (Three Dimensional) water phantom. Comparisons were also made among the calculations of the Oncentra treatment planning system with and without boluses as well as corresponding references. Results The discrepancies between the calculations achieved by the Oncentra treatment planning system and the IBA 3D water phantom were found less than 2%. And the dose changes induced by boluses were in line with the corresponding references. Conclusion The electron beam model for the Oncentra treatment planning system had proven its correctness and stability.
