摘  要:采用0.5g/kg山梨酸钾、1mL/kg乙醇和10%大蒜提取液分别对"合作88"、"云薯401"和"紫云1号"三个马铃薯品种的种薯进行处理,以清水处理为对照,在低温(5℃)和常温(冬季室温10~20℃)下贮藏90d,研究三种药剂对不同品种马铃薯贮藏期间病害的防治效果。结果表明,品种的耐贮藏性与品种特性有直接关系,在相同处理条件下,三个马铃薯品种之间的发病情况差异显著,"合作88"耐贮性最好,发病最轻,"云薯401"次之,"紫云1号"发病最重;乙醇和山梨酸钾处理对三个品种马铃薯的贮藏病害均没有明显的防治效果,大蒜提取液对"云薯401"的常温贮藏期间大种薯的病害防治有一定的效果,而对"合作88"和"紫云1号"马铃薯的贮藏病害无明显抑制作用。The three varieties of seed potatoes including 'Cooperation 88', 'Yunshu 401' and 'Ziyun-l' were treaded with 0.5 g/kg potassium sorbate, 1 mI_/kg ethanol and 10% garlic extract respectively, while water as the control. Then potatoes were stored at low temperature (5 ℃) and room temperature (10-20 ℃ in winter) for 90 days, and the control effects of three kinds of agents on the diseases of different varieties of seed potatoes were studied during storage. The results showed that, the disease incidence had significant differences in three varieties of potatoes, which showed a direct relationship between the varieties' characteristics and the storability. The lowest disease incidence was 'Cooperation 88', which showed the best storability, the second was 'Yunshu 401 ', and 'Ziyun-1 ' had the highest disease incidence. As to the incidence of storage disease, there were no obvious effects on the three varieties of potatoes with the control of ethanol and potassium sorbate, while the garlic extract had a certain control effects on the diseases of 'Yunshu 401' big size seed potatoes during room temperature storage, but no control effect on the diseases of 'Cooperation 88' and 'Ziyun- 1 ' potatoes.
