摘　　要：瓜蒌既是一种中药材,又是优良的食品。本文在介绍瓜蒌营养成分的基础上,综述其药理功效及开发利用研究概况,并提出今后深入研究与开发瓜蒌药品、食品及饲料产品的方向。Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim is traditional Chinese medicine plant and excellent food resource. Based on the introduction of its nutrient composition, this paper summarized the pharmacological effects and research situation of development and utilization of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim, and put forward that the further research and development would be focus on medicine, food and feed product.
