广西河池市交通运输问题研究

摘　　要：广西河池市是大西南出海和通向东南亚的咽喉和枢纽,但交通建设仍然存在诸多问题,如公路路网密度低,二级以上高等级公路比重小;高速公路主骨架尚未形成,交通大动脉对经济的拉动作用未能有效发挥;县乡公路"断头路"多,尚未形成循环互通的区域路网;农村公路通畅水平低,通建制村水泥路建设任务重;红水河"黄金水道"仍未真正实现恢复通航,综合交通运输体系尚未形成,等等。解决的基本对策和建议是立足区位优势,抢抓发展机遇,加快构建河池综合交通运输体系;立足区位优势融入"泛北"发展新一极;抓紧"西江黄金水道"建设的机遇,加快推进红水河复航工程的实施;积极争取国家和地方政府的财政支持等。Hechi is the throat and hub of thoroughfare leading southwest China to the sea and southeast Asia. Baise witnesses numerous problems in construction of transportation, such as low highway network density, small proportion of second-class highways, few rural unobstructed roads, and heavy village concrete road construction task. More over, the major highway framework has not been developed; the transportation artery has not played an effective role in promoting economy; there are numerous inter-county and inter-township dead end roads and cy- cled regional road network has not been developed; the ＂golden waterway＂ navigation along Hongshui River has not been resumed and comprehensive transportation system has not been developed. The basic strategic sugges- tions for handling the above-said problems are as follows： I. Based on regional advantages, we need to seize the development opportunity and speed up construction of comprehensive transportation system in Hechi; ]] .The premise of comprehensive traffic sustainable development in Hechi is to be integrated into new level ＂Pan-north＂ development based on regional advantages; Ⅲ. We need to seize the development opportunity of Xijiang River ＂golden waterway＂ construction to accelerate the implementation of re-navigation project along Hongshui River; IV. We need to strive for the financial support from the state and local governments.
