摘　　要：探究长江少年儿童出版集团利用数字技术及云平台实现幼教出版内容数字化和幼教数字出版平台化的思路,分析其与技术商合作分成的模式和图书内容、教学服务、终端产品一体化销售模式,指出这些尝试推动了集团相关数字出版产品的销售,并创建了全新的盈利模式。Exploring how Changjiang Children＇ s Publishing Group uses digital technology and a cloud platform to digitalize early childhood education publishing content and to build a digital preschool education publishing platform, and then analyzing the benefit-sharing mechanism with its technology providers, the integrated pattern to offer books, teaching services and end products, noting that these measures on the one hand promoted the sales of related digital publishing products of the group, on the other hand created a new revenue source.
