摘  要:以提高过饱和交叉口通行能力和避免溢流为首要目标,同时考虑过饱和交通状态下的公交优先需求,首先在车流组合相容性及路段放行约束分析的基础上,设计了动态相位组合方法。然后从交叉口过饱和交通特征出发,提出了考虑公交车辆权重的过饱和交叉口信号控制关键参数及其计算方法。最后建立了模糊控制系统以实现过饱和交叉口分布式关联控制。仿真结果表明:本文方法能够有效地抑制过饱和交叉口溢流现象的发生,并能够提高路口的平均流量,同时使公交车辆在单个路口平均延误时间有所降低。With the objective of improving the capacity and avoiding overflow for oversaturated intersections meanwhile considering bus priority, a method is proposed to determine the queue length threshold, detect the threshold and estimate the queue length. Then according to the traffic flow conflict and section space constraints, a method of dynamic phase combination is designed. From the traffic flow characteristic of oversaturated intersections the key parameters are defined, in which the weight of bus priority is considered. On the basis of the above work, the control method for oversaturated intersections is studied with gather-disperse theory and fuzzy control. Finally, an interconnected control method of traffic signals for oversaturated intersection is put forward. Simulation results show that the new method can not only restrain the overflow in oversaturated intersection, but also improve the average traffic flow and effectively reduce the average delay time at intersections.
