摘  要:铜冶炼烟气制酸转化器的SO2转化率高低直接关系到制酸生产效率,针对目前SO2转化率仍通过人工化验才能得到的现状,采用BP神经网络进行了SO2转化率软测量建模并验证了模型得有效性;为实现SO2转化率的在线软预测,进一步在Lab VIEW虚拟仪器平台上开发了其监控界面并通过Matlab Script节点,实现了基于Matlab的SO2转化率BP神经网络软测量算法与监控界面的数据交换。运行结果表明:所开发的虚拟仪器系统人机交互友好,SO2转化率的软预测精度较高。The SO2 conversion rate has a significant impact on the production efficiency of smelting off-gas acid of copper. In view of the status that the SO2 conversion rate is got through artificial laboratory, this paper uses BP neural network to build a soft measurement model of SO2 conversion rate and validate its availability ultimately. In order to implement the online prediction of SO2 conversion rate, this paper develops a monitoring interface based on the LabVIEW virtual instrument, and data can be exchanged between the BP neural network soft measurement algorithm of the SO2 conversion rate and the monitoring interface based on Matlab. The results show that the human-computer interaction of the developed virtual instrument system is friendly and the soft-sensing accuracy of SO2 conversion rate is relatively high.
