摘 要:目的建立妊娠大鼠模型,探讨正畸微种植体支抗负载对妊娠大鼠孕激素、雌激素的影响。方法 30只雌性大鼠分为正常组、妊娠组、妊娠加力组,左侧胫骨植入微种植体2枚,腹主动脉采血检测孕激素、雌激素,同时检测右侧胫骨骨密度。结果妊娠组、妊娠加力组大鼠雌激素水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕激素水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠组大鼠骨密度低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠阶段施加60g正畸轻力时大鼠雌激素、孕激素会稍有下降,妊娠阶段骨密度下降。Objective To establish the pregnant rat model for investigating the effect of the orthodontic micro implant anchorage loading on estrogen and progesterone .Methods 30 female rats were randomly divided into three groups :the normal group ,pregnancy group and pregnancy loading group .The left tibia was implanted by 2 micro im‐plants .The levels of estrogen and progesterone were detected by collecting blood sample via abdominal aorta ,and at the same time the right tibia bone mineral density was detected .Results The estrogen level in the pregnancy group and the pregnancy loading group were higher than that in the normal group with statistical difference(P〈0 .05) , while the progesterone level was higher than that in the normal group ,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0 .05) .The bone mineral density in the pregnancy group was lower than that in the noma group(P〈0 .05) .Conclu‐sion When exerting 60g orthodontic light force during pregnant period ,the levels of estrogen and progesterone in rats will decrease .The bone mineral density decreased during pregnant period .
