摘　　要：在对农业面源污染的调查和研究中,氮磷浓度水平的确定至关重要。阐述了农田排水中氮磷样品采集的方法和注意事项,样品的保存、运输和预处理技术,以及分析方法和实验室质量控制,为农田排水中氮磷监测的规范化技术提供参考。In the survey and study on agricultural non-point source pollution,it is important to determine the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus.The techniques of sampling,sample storage,sample transportation,sample pre-treatment was discussed,and nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in farmland discharge systems was analyzed,in order to provide reference for standardized monitoring techniques of nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in farmland discharge systems.
