摘　　要：目的探讨AP-2α、e IF4E和MMP-9在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法分别检测70例子宫内膜癌组织及40例正常子宫内膜组织中AP-2α、e IF4E和MMP-9的蛋白表达差异,并探讨与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中AP-2α阳性表达率为45.7%,低于正常子宫内膜的75.0%(P<0.05),e IF4E和MMP-9表达阳性率分别为71.4%和64.2%,高于正常子宫内膜组织中45.0%和40.0%(P<0.05)。在子宫内膜癌组织中AP-2α与MMP-9的表达呈负相关,e IF4E与MMP-9的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AP-2α和e IF4E可能分别在转录和翻译阶段调控MMP-9的表达,共同参与子宫内膜癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the role of AP - 2ct, eIF4E and MMP - 9 protein expressions in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method, the protein expressions of AP - 2α, eIF4E and MMP - 9 were compared between 70 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrium tissues. Results Expression of AP -2αwas lower in endometrial carcinoma than that of normal endometrium tissues （45.7% vs. 75.0% ） , with the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In contrast, both eIF4E and MMP - 9 expression were higher in endometrial carcinoma as compared to normal endometrium tissues, respectively （eIF4E, 71.4% vs. 45.0% ; MMP -9, 64. 2% vs. 40. 0%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Furthermore, the expression of AP- 2 αwas negatively correlated with MMP- 9, while eIF4E expression was positively correlated with MMP - 9 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion AP - 2αand eIF4E may regulate MMP - 9 expression at transcriptional and translational level respectively, possibly co - participating the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
