摘　　要：提高师资队伍建设在高校教育体制中有着至关重要的作用。文章通过对浙江国际海运职业技术学院师资队伍现状,存在问题的分析与研究,提出了几点对策,以更好的从多个方面加强教师队伍的整体建设,促进学校更快,更好的发展。It is vital to improve teaching staff construction in higher school education system. Through the anal- ysis and research of current situation and existing problems of teaching staff in Zhejiang International Maritime Col- lege, this article puts forward some countermeasures, in order to enhance teaching staff construction from several prospects and to promote more rapid and better development.
