摘　　要：目的：探讨威麦宁胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效.方法：将63例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组32例,采用威麦宁胶囊3.2g/次,每日3次,口服;同时给予常规化学疗法,GP方案：吉西他滨1 000mg/m2,第1～8天静滴30min;顺铂100mg/m2,第1～3天静滴,并给予水化及利尿治疗.对照组31例,仅采用上述常规化学疗法进行治疗.两组均治疗4个月.结果：治疗组有效率（65.7％）明显高于对照组（38.7％）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：威麦宁胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of wei mai ning capsule combined with chemotherapy on Advanced Non small Cell lung Cancer（NSCLC）. Methods：63 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into the treatment group and control grop. 33 patients of treatment group were treated with wei mai ning capsules 3.2g, rid, po;at the same time combined with conventional ehem otherapy,GP program： Gemcitabine 1 000mg/m2, 1 --8 clays static drops for 30 minutes, Cisplatin, 100mg/m2, 1 --3 days static drop, and give the treatment of hyperhydration and dieresis. 31 patients of control group were treated by conventional chemotherapy. The course of treatment were 4 months. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 65. 7%, and comparing with the control group（38.7% ） , there is a statistically higher（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： wei mai ning capsule combined with chemotherapy on Advanced Non-small Cell lung Cancer（NSCI.C） has obvious therapeutic efficacy.
