摘  要:试验采用Logistic、Von Bertalanffy和Gompertz 3种非线性生长模型分别对选育的优质肉鸡新品系(W系)的体重和体尺生长曲线进行拟合和比较分析。研究结果表明:3种模型均能较好地拟合其生长曲线,但Gompertz模型拟合度和预测体重效果方面相对较好;W系优质鸡的累积生长曲线大致呈"S"型,体尺性状早于体重达到生长速度高峰期及生长极限值,体重与胫长、胫围呈显著相关(P<0.01)。本研究结果揭示了W系优质鸡的生长发育规律,为指导W系生长发育性状的早期选育提供参考依据。Body weight and body measurement in quality chicken (W line)were measured, and three nonlinear curves of Logistic, Yon Bertalanffy and Gompertz model were used to fit the growth curve in this study. The results showed that the growth curves could be fitted by three nonlinear curves model,but Gompertz model was considered to be the best model to fit growth curves of quality chicken, because of its higher fitness and less bias of predicted body weight and body measurement on the given age.Cumulative growth curves of W line was "S" shape roughly, and body measurement traits could reach the growth peak and limit value earlier than body weight. There was significant correlation among body weight, shank length and shank circumference (P〈0.01). The results revealed the rule of growth and development of quality chicken (W line) and provided the reference for guiding early selection of growth and development traits.in quality chicken (W line).
