摘  要:为研究黄芪多糖(APS)对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)诱发雏鸡肝损伤的防治作用,120只1日龄雏鸡随机分为空白对照组(A)、阳性对照组(B)和APS低、中、高剂量组保护组(C^E组)。B^E组分别在饲料中添加AFB12.8 mg/kg·7 d,C^E组在给予AFB_1的同时,分别在饮水中添加浓度为100 mg/m L、500 mg/m L、1 000 mg/m L的APS,连续给药21 d。各组分别在投药后的7、14、21、28 d取肝脏称重,计算肝指数,心脏采血,检测血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性,白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)和总胆红素(TBIL)的含量,并在7 d时制作肝脏病理切片。结果显示,连续给药7 d,500、1 000 mg/m L APS组有效拮抗AFB_1引起的脂肪变性,肝脏组织结构得到显著恢复,肝指数显著下降。肝功能生化指标ALT、AST、ALP活性,TBIL、ALB、TP含量与空白对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明500 mg/m L或1 000 mg/m L APS可拮抗AFB1引起的雏鸡肝损伤,并有较好的防治作用。To investigate the prevention and treatment of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)against liver injury induced by aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)in chickens,one hundred and twenty chickens of 1 day age were randomly divided into control group A (basal diet) , positive control group B (basal diet+2.8 mg/kg AFB1),and the different dose of APS groups C,D, E (2.8 mg/kg AFB1+100 mg/mL, 2.8 mg/kg AFB1+500 mg/mL, 2.8 mg/kg AFB1+1 000 mg/mL). The certain concentration of AFB1 was added in the diet for 7 days. The different dose of APS was dringking for 21 days. Six chickens in each group were sacrificed at 7,14,21,28 days,with the liver being weighted for the liver index. Liver histopathology changes were observed under microscope at the age of 7 days. Blood were collected from heart, and the levels of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), total bilirubin (TBIL)in serum were detected. The results showed that the continuous administration with 500 and 1 000 mg/mL of 7 days could effective antagonist the fatty degeneration caused by AFB1. The structure of liver tissue and index had been recovered significantly. There was no significant difference in the serum biochemistry index of liver (ALT,AST,ALP, ALB,TP,TBIL)compared with the control group (P〉0.05). It was also showed that 500 mg/mL or 1 000 mg/mL APS could antagonize liver injury induced by AFBI in chickens,and had a good simultaneous treatment effect.
