摘　　要：针对《有机化学》课程教学中环己烷优势构象问题难于理解的现象,作者根据教学经验从环己烷的椅式构象的稳定性,椅式构象的a,e键的分布及变换,取代环己烷的优势构象等方面进行解析,强化学生对环己烷构象问题的理解,取得了良好的教学效果。In the study of cyclohexane conformation, it is difficult to write and understand conformation of cyclo- hexane for students in the organic chemistry course. With these problems, the stability of the chair conformation of eyelohexane, chair conformation of a, e key distribution and transformation were introduced. Moreover, the teaching methods of the writing substituted eyclohexane stability conformation were discussed. These strengthen student＇s under- standing of cyclohexane conformation problem, achieved good teaching effect.
