摘  要:耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞(spiral ganglion cell,SGC)是听觉信息传入的初级神经元,具有整合和传递毛细胞接收到的声音信息的功能。SGC凋亡过程的激活不可逆,与细胞内基因、蛋白和传导途径相关。衰老、耳毒性药物、噪声、缺氧等损伤因素均可导致螺旋神经节细胞的凋亡,由于哺乳动物耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞缺乏再生能力,导致耳聋发生,抑制其凋亡和促进再生对耳聋的治疗将起到积极作用。本文对螺旋神经节细胞的损伤机制、阻止螺旋神经节细胞的凋亡手段和促进螺旋神经节细胞的再生手段进行了综述。Spiral ganglion cells (SGCs),in cochlea are the primary afferent auditory neurons of information.They play an important role in integration and delivery voice message received by hair cells.Apoptosis of SGCs is an irreversible process once activated, which could be regulated by intracellular endogenous genes, proteins and signaling pathway. Many factors, like senescence, ototoxic drugs, noise and oxygen deprivation, may cause hearing loss via triggering the apopotosis of SGCs. SGCs in mammals cochlea lack the ability to regenerate. How to inhibit the aopoptosis and promote regenerate of SGCs may exert positive effects on the treatment of hearing loss caused by various factors. In this paper, the mechanism of SGCs injury,methods to prevent their apoptosis and promote their regeneration were reviewed .
