摘　　要：针对毫米波功放的线性化要求,采用反向并联肖特基二极管设计了一种毫米波线性化器,分析了其基本结构和工作原理。利用软件建立模型进行仿真优化,依据仿真数据制作实物并应用于某毫米波频段功放,使得三阶交调指标改善了8 d B以上。结果表明,该线性化器结构简单、易于集成,具有较强的应用价值。According to the linearization requirements of millimeter wave PA, anti-parallel Schottky diodes are used to design a millimeter wave linearizer. Its basic structure and working principle are introduced. The circuit is optimized and simulated by software. Based on the simulation, the linearizer is applied to a power amplifier. The test results show that the IM3 has been improved by more than 8 dB. The results show that this linearizer has simple structure, and can be easily adjusted. It is of practical valuable.
