摘　　要：研发设计领域专业化分工越来越细,研发设计单位对共性服务资源的需求越来越强烈,信息技术的发展为研发设计服务化,尤其是资源共享与优化配置,以及任务协同作业提供了全新模式。在梳理研发设计服务现有研究的基础上,重点研究研发设计服务化基本模式与流程,依托新能源装备领域实例,梳理并搭建了应用于该领域研发设计服务平台的业务框架和技术框架。With the development of specialized division in R＆D area, needs from R＆D units for public service resources are growing greatly. The development of information technologies provides brand new business modes for R＆D servitization, especially for resource sharing and optimized configuration. On the basis of existing researches, basic business mode and workflow of R＆D servitization are further studied. Then a systematic business mode and technical framework is constructed in the area of new energy equipment R＆D to test and verify the research results.
