microRNA-5692b在新疆哈萨克族食管癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨microRNA-5692b(miR-5692b)在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织中的表达情况及其与食管鳞癌临床病理的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法(realtime quantitative PCR,RT-q PCR)检测microRNA-5692b在28例癌组织中和癌旁正常组织中的表达量,通过公式计算相对表达量,并分析表达量与临床病理特征的关系。结果 microRNA-5692b在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中及癌旁正常组织中的表达量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在癌组织中呈高表达,并且随着临床分期的增高而升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。microRNA-5692b的表达与其他临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。结论 microRNA-5692b在哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达,可辅助临床食管鳞癌的诊断。Objective To study the expression of microRNA-5692b（miR-5692b） in Xinjiang Kazakh＇s esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） tissue and to analyze the relationship between its expression with clinical pathological features.Methods The real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction（RT-q PCR） was adopted to detect the expression of microRNA-5692 b in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues in 28 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and formulas were used to calculate the relative expression and to analyze the relationships between the expression in different groups and their clinical pathological features.Results The expressions of microRNA-5692 b were of significance（P〈0.05） in Kazakh＇s esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and in adjacent normal tissues.It was in high expression in cancer tissues and increased with the clinical stage increasing,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The expression had nothing to do with other clinical pathological features（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The expression of microRNA-5692 b was high in Kazakh＇s esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and it was proved helpful to diagnose the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
