摘  要:针对注塑机存在难以集中管理和远程监控等问题,设计了基于Zigbee无线传感网络的注塑机控制系统。详细说明了注塑机控制器、Zigbee网络模块、控制面板和上位机监控端等模块的设计方法。通过Zigbee无线自组网,Zigbee终端节点设置于注塑机控制器和控制面板之间,以转发两者的通信数据。Zigbee路由用于网络扩展以及无线消息的传递。Zigbee协调器处于监控位置,所有Zigbee终端均向协调器收发消息,再利用串口与上位机监控端连接。测试表明,通过上位机监控界面对注塑机控制器进行远程操控,实现了注塑车间多台注塑机的参数设置、运行调试。系统实际应用将有效提高注塑机的生产效率,降低维护成本。In view of the injection molding machine has such problems as difficult to centralized management and remote monitoring,an injection molding machine control system based on Zigbee wireless network was proposed in this paper. The control system main composed by injection molding machine controller,Zigbee network module,control panel,supervisory computer monitoring terminal,which are specified in detail. Through the Zigbee wireless ad-hoc network,Zigbee terminal which was set in the middle of injection molding machine controller and control panel,works as a information relay station for the two; Zigbee routing was used for network expansion and radio information transmission; Zigbee coordinator works as a monitor which sends messages to all Zigbee terminals and receives messages from Zigbee terminals also,communicates with the supervisory PC terminal via serial ports. Test result shows that the injection molding machine controller can be manipulated via control panel of supervisory PC terminal,this makes parameters setting and debugging of multiple injection molding machines in workshop easy. Practical application of the system will help to improve the production efficiency and reduce the maintenance costs.
