摘 要:已有的基因芯片网格定位方法,由于不能动态确定处理过程中所需要的各种参数,导致方法的准确性和可靠性依赖于人工经验值。为此,通过对基因芯片图像的分析,利用基因芯片图像中信号点(基因点)位置排布比较规则的特征,将网格定位问题转化为优化问题。提出用启发式自动搜索的方法寻求最优解,最终实现自动定位。实验表明该方法定位准确性高,对外部参数依赖性小。改进方法用于网格自动定位是可行和有效的。For the existing gene chip location methods, since the required parameters can not be dynamically determined during processing, the accuracy and reliability of the method depend on artificial experience. Thus, through the analysis of gene chip images and the usage of the feature of the regular arrangement rule of gene chip image signal points ( gene locus), the grid localization is converted into an optimization problem. An automatic heuristic searching method for finding the optimal solution is proposed, the effect of automatic positioning is ultimately achieved. Experimental results show that the proposed positioning method has high positioning accuracy and less dependency on external parameters. The improved method for automatic positioning of the grid is feasible and effective.
