某市免费师范教育毕业的青年教师生活工作现状的调查研究

摘　　要：对某市市区中小学的免费师范教育毕业的青年教师进行了生活工作现状调查,内容包括教师经济状况和工作状况,结果表明青年教师在工资收入、住房、授课、教育科研、培训研修情况存在一定的问题,为此特从提高青年教师的福利待遇、加强教育科研指导培训力度和完善工作激励机制三大方面提出相关建议,来提升免费师范毕业青年教师的整体素质。The paper investigates the living and working status of the young teachers with free normal educa-tion in XX City.The results show that there exist some problems in their income,housing,teaching,re-search and training.In the paper some suggestions are proposed so as to fully enhance the overall quality of the young teachers with free normal education.
