摘　　要：目的了解、分析该院临床科室医务人员对开展科研工作的需求、存在问题和困难,以更好地改进科研工作及其管理模式,从而提高科研管理效率和效果。方法运用调查问卷和通过"一对一"深入访谈法与临床科室主任、科研人员进行深入访谈以了解各临床科室科研需求与开展科研存在的问题与困难。结果调查反映出该院临床科研需求呈多元化,医院科研工作面临的主要问题是:科研经费和实验平台不足,尚未形成科研团队优势,可申报的课题类别较少,因临床工作繁忙而与医学高校合作程度不够等。结论调查问卷法和深度访谈法作为科学研究常用的方法运用于医院临床科研需求调查和改进科研工作非常实用,可为科研管理部门改进工作提供方法和技巧,从而提高科研管理效率和效果。Objective To know clinic department personnel’s needs on carrying out research work, their problems anddifficulties in doing research work so as to improve scientific research work and its management mode, thereby raising researchmanagement efficiency and enhancing its results. Methods Questionnaire and interview. Through handing out questionnaire todirectors and researchers of each clinic department and conducting a one-on-one interview with them, the paper gets an understandingof each clinic department’s research needs and related problems and difficulties. Results The survey shows a diversified research needsfrom concerned clinic departments. Major problems faced by research work of the hospital include insufficiency of research funds,lack of research platform, research team advantage being not formed, limited type of research subject and inadequate combinationof research work with medical universities as a result heavy work. Conclusions Questionnaire and in-depth interview is usually apractical scientific research method which can be adopted to survey clinic department’s research needs and explore ways to improveresearch work. It can be used to provide work improving methods and skills for research department so as to raise research efficiencyand enhance research effects.
