摘　　要：基于随机需求,运用博弈理论的逆向归纳法,针对保税港区进口分拨业务背景下,定量比较分析一个国外供应商、一个保税港区内分销商和一个国内零售商组成的跨境供应链在有无保税港区情形下供应链上各成员的最优利润。结果表明:通过保税港区,供应链成员能够实现三方共赢;在各方博弈的均衡状态,保税港区的存在不影响各方利润的分配。A three-level supply chain consisting of a foreign manufacture, a distributor in bonded port area, and a domestic retailer for import distribution model is studied in this paper. The optimal supply chain profits whether there is bonded port area is quantitatively analyzed and compared by backward induction. Some preliminary conclusions arc obtained as follows： all members of the supply chain can achieve three win through the bonded port area, and can also achieve the same rate of increase of profit; at equilibrium state, the bonded port area does not affect the distribution of all profits.
