摘　　要：《成人之美兮》是湖北仙桃一个底层中学教师梁卫星的小说处女作,著名学者钱理群认为其具有文学史的意义和价值。这部小说描绘了当下中学教师的众生相,塑造了众多血肉丰满的人物,揭示了当前教育触目惊心的现状,批判了整个教育行业的溃败与堕落。同时还展示了作者理想中的教育震撼人心的魅力,探讨了理想与现实之间存在的矛盾及荒谬,触及了当前教育制度的根本问题。Helping Completion of Worthy Goal , the debut novel of a common middle school teacher LIANG Wei-xing in Hubei Xiantao, is considered to have certaln meaning and value in literature history by famous scholar QIAN Li-qun. This novel depicts the present middle school teachers, creates many vivid figures, reveals startling current status of education, criticizes the collapse and degradation of the entire education industry. And it also shows the charm of author＇s ideal education, explores the contradic-tions and absurdity between ideal and reality, and discusses the basic issue of the current education system.
