不同配比的玉米芯培养基对平菇生长的影响

摘　　要：为了探究适合三峡库区农村栽培平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)的最适配方,选用了10种粒径大小(1 mm、3 mm、5 mm、7 mm、9 mm、11 mm、13 mm、15 mm、17 mm和19 mm)的纯玉米芯栽培平菇,探究了不同粒径大小的纯玉米芯对栽培平菇的影响;以及在玉米芯作主料时,选用了10种长度(1 cm、2 cm、3 cm、4 cm、5 cm、6 cm、7 cm、8 cm、9 cm和10 cm)的稻草作辅料,探索了在玉米芯作主料搭配稻草栽培平菇时,稻草的长度对其生长的影响.试验结果表明:适合三峡库区栽培平菇的最适配方为:粒径大小为7 mm左右的玉米芯做主料,占比28%;长度为5 cm左右的稻草做辅料,占比5%;用石灰调节p H值,占比2%;其余65%为水.In order to find the optimization of culture formulation for Pleurotus ostreatus in Three Gorges Reservoir, the relationship between the fruiting rate and the size of the corncobs and straw was studied in the process of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus with different sizes of corncob （1mm,3mm, 5mm,7mm, 9mm, 11mm,13mm, 15mm, 17ram and 19mm）, and in the experiment different lengths of straw （1cm, 2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 5cm, 6cm,7cm, 8cm, 9era and 10cm） are used as accessories. The results show that the best formula for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus in Three Gorges Reservoir is about 7mm size of the corncob as main ingredient （the content is 28%）, with about 5cm size of the straw as auxiliary materials （the content is 5%）, with lime to adjusting pH（the content is 2%）, and the rest is water（the content is 65%）.
