摘　　要：培养少数民族社会工作人才队伍是发展民族社会工作的主要内容之一,也是社会工作在我国民族地区真正实现本土化的必然要求。但由于地域、经济、文化、观念等诸多因素的限制,少数民族社会工作人才的培养相对缓慢,政府、社会组织等各方面力量需要合力解决问题,为培养少数民族社会工作人才探索有效路径。The training of social work talents of ethnic minorities is one of the major tasks of the development of the ethnic social work,and also the inevitable requirement of the localization of social work in ethnic minority regions in our country. However,as a result of geographical,economic,cultural and many other factors,the cultivation of social work professionals in the ethnic minority areas is relatively slow. All sectors including the government and social organizations,should jointly solve the problem and explore an effective path for the cultivation of social work talents of ethnic minorities.
