摘　　要：地理国情普查是把握本国国情、国力的一项重大调查。国情基础数据作为地理国情普查的根本,提供了认识和把握国情,评估和增强国力的重要信息。本文主要介绍了地理国情普查内业采集基础数据建库流程,总结了采集过程中应遵循的规则,提出了作业中遇到的情况和处理办法。The survey of national geographic condition is a major project to comprehensively understand and deeply know about the condition and power of one country. As the root of national geographic condition survey, the basic data provides much important information on how to evaluate and enhance the strength of the nation. This paper mainly describes the rules and problems and the process of the acquisition of the fundamental data in national geographic condition survey, then put forward the cases encountered in the process and the corresponding solutions.
