实施开放式教育 培育创业型人才——以娄底职业技术学院园林技术专业为例

摘　　要：实施开放式教育有利于培育创业型人才,培育创业型人才需要开放式教育来实现。娄底职业技术学院园林技术专业以专业建设机制、人才培养模式与教学团队为保障,从课程体系的构建、教学模式的创新、实践教学平台的搭建、专业教学资源库的建设、第二第三课堂活动的开展、教师教学质量（或学生学业水平）评价等方面全面推进基于创业型人才培育的开放式教育教学体系改革探索。实践表明,这种新的育人模式与育人思路不仅使人才培养质量得到了显著提高,而且提升了专业与地方经济发展的融合能力,使专业的社会声誉不断提高。The implementation of open education helps to foster entrepreneurial talents. Guaranteed by major building mechanisms, personnel training model and teaching team, the garden technology major in Loudi Vocational and Technical College has explored the open education teaching system to cultivate entrepreneurial talents from the as- pects of construction of the curriculum system, innovation of teaching mode, building of teaching platform, practice of extracurricular activities, and teaching quality of teachers （ or students＂ academic level）. Practice shows that this new mode and thinking of education can not only improve the personnel training quality, but also enhance the ability to integrate major with local economic development, increase the major reputation.
