摘　　要：榆林经济的转型,不仅是优化经济结构本身,而且是以能源发展先行,带动其他产业的全面发展,保证榆林经济的后续性发展。研究表明,在占据均衡资源的前提下,支配着人们行为的,渗透于价值观念之中的文化积淀乃是经济转型最重要的精神导向。文化产业的精神品质特征对经济体制的转型与发展影响至深,且以不为外力所改变的方式决定着经济发展的方向。Yulin economic transformation not only is the optimization of economic structure itself,but also puts the energy development for the first place,promotes the all-round development of other industry,and ensures the sub-sequent development of economy in Yulin. Some research shows that in the cases of balance resources,cultural ac-cumulation,which dominates people’s behavior and penetrates in the value of culture,is the most important spirit-ual guidance of economic transformation. The characteristics of spirit quality of the culture industry have an essen-tial influence on the transformation and development of the economic system. It determines the direction of econom-ic development and can’t be changed by any outside force. This paper discusses the influence of cultural industry on economic transformation from two aspects,which are the relationship between culture industry and economic transformation,and the construction of way of influence.
