摘　　要：大学生班级学风建设是高等学校人才培养的根本,要高度重视学风建设。但是由于大学扩招、学生自身原因、教师教风等原因造成了学生学习态度不端正、学习目的不明确、集体主义淡薄,缺乏团队意识和合作精神,班级之间差距明显,发展不均衡等问题。要解决这些问题,应培养大学生集体主义,加强团队合作能力的培养,发挥辅导员和班主任的作用,提高教师教学能力,鼓励学生参加各种各样的文体活动,树立先进模范和先进个人,形成良好的学风。College Students’learning style construction is fundamental in training college talents,and great impor-tance should be attached to that. But due to expansion of university enrollment,students’own reasons,teaching style and so on,students’learning attitude is not right,and their learning purpose not clear. Collectivism is weak, and there is a lack of teamwork and cooperation. There is a significant gap among classes,and problems of uneven development arise. To solve those problems,we should develop collectivism,strengthen the cultivation of the ability of cooperation,give full play to the role of counselors and teachers,improve teaching ability,and encourage students to take part in various sports activities,establish advanced model and advanced individuals,so as to form good learning style.
