摘　　要：在2014年中,法律方法论的研究成果集中于凸显自身的实践功能,力图对法学研究和法治实践发挥直接而明确的推动作用,这一宏观指向体现在以下三个方面:在理论基础方面,法教义学和社科法学之争并未达到剑拔弩张的程度,其背后的共识是法学研究应当取长补短,在各自分析视角内为法治实践提供最优参考。在自身理论体系方面,法律解释、法律论证等具体法律方法的研究,也特别强调以史为鉴和案例分析,最终落脚点也是为当前的法治实践服务。在法治建设的实践方面,法律方法论对现在的宏观法治理念和微观的司法制度,都有重要推动作用,案例指导制度就是典型例证。关注法治实践,为法治建设提供重要的理论参考,将继续成为法律方法论研究的整体取向。In 2014 ,the research of legal methodology is focusing on practical function of its own , trying to make sense to legal study and construction of rule of law .In basic theory ,legal dogmatic and social science of law are confronted with each other ,although not so seriously .We can see that different legal theory can benefit from each other .In system of its theory ,legal interpretation ,legal argumentation is further studied in case analysis .In the practice of rule of law construction ,legal methodology is so important to both macro ideas and judicial institutions ,with guiding case system being a good case in point .In short ,stressing on rule of law ,supplying theory reference will be the trend for legal methodology study in the future .
