摘　　要：学术权力是大学发展的一项自治权力,也是赋予学者的基本权利。但目前学界出现的学霸现象、强制学生的学术观点以及急功近利的不正学风等学术权力滥用现象极为严重。学术权力的滥用阻碍学术的创新发展,滋长了学术专制,侵犯学生的权利和名誉。为此,要从本质上认识学术权力,加强立法规范;从制度上杜绝学术权力滥用的现象发生,建立学术公开诚信制度,完善学术权力的监督机制。Academic power is an autonomous power in the development of the university and is also the basic right of scholars. But at present the abuse of academic power is very serious, such as the phenomenon of school bullying, forcing students to accept academic views and see- king quick success. These abuses of academic power hinder the development and innovation of academics, speeds up the formation of academic despotism, and violates students＇rights and reputation. Thus, we must know about academic power in essence and strengthen the legisla- tion, establish the public credibility system and perfect the supervision mechanism, so as to pre- vent the academic power abuse systems.
