创业环境对农村微型企业创业绩效引致路径的实证分析——基于东北地区实地调研数据

摘　　要：本文选取基础设施、金融支持、政策支持、市场环境、服务环境、地区文化等6个创业环境,提取农村微型企业"三维"创业绩效指标,构建创业环境对农村微型企业创业绩效引致路径理论模型。利用黑龙江、吉林、辽宁以及内蒙古东部地区272家农村微型企业实际调查数据,探究创业环境对农村微型企业创业绩效引致路径与影响效果。研究结果表明,创业环境不同因素对农村微型企业生存绩效、成长绩效、创新绩效引致路径有所差异,引致路径差异性要求政策扶持应遵循"匹配"原则,要有针对性地提高农村微型企业创业绩效。Article selects six external environment factors like infrastructure,financial support and policy support,market environment,service environment,regional culture,and extracts three business performance factors of rural micro-enterprises to set up theoretical model of the effect of entrepreneurial environment for rural micro-enterprises on entrepreneurial performance.The article studies the causing path and the effect of the entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial performance of rural micro enterprises.The result shows that there are differences in different factors of the causing path and the effect of the entrepreneurial environment on growth performance,innovation performance and survival performance of rural micro enterprises.The otherness of causing path expects that the policy support have to follow the 'matched' principle and make the entrepreneurial performance of rural micro enterprises have a targeted improve.
