摘  要:目的观察遵义地区结膜吸吮线虫成虫的超微结构特征。方法采集遵义地区人感染的结膜吸吮线虫,制作虫体标本,扫描电镜观察雌、雄虫超微结构特征。结果扫描电镜下成虫全身被有成叠瓦样排列的角皮皱褶,并有4条沟状凹陷;口孔呈六边形,咽部中间有两块半月形肌肉;虫体头端和尾端有乳突结构,其中部分乳突具虫种鉴定意义;虫体尾端腹面两侧有一对圆球形尾感器,表面光滑。雄虫尾端伸出长、短交合刺各1根。结论遵义地区人源结膜吸吮线虫超微结构与其他地区虫体存在一定差异,口囊底部两块半月形肌肉组成的咽门结构闭合呈线形开口为主要特征。Objective To observe the ultrastructural characteristics of adult Thelazia callipaeda in the Zunyi region.Methods T.callipaeda was collected from patients in the Zunyi area and nematode specimens were prepared.The ultrastructural characteristics of male and female worms were observed with a scanning electron microscope. Results Under a scanning electron microscope,the adult body was covered with a serrated cuticle with striations,and the body had 4grooves.The mouth opening was hexagonal,and there were 2semicircular muscles in the neck region.The head and tail had papillae,and some of these papillae can be used to identify species.The ventral surface of the tail had a pair of spherical phasmids on each side,and the surface of the tail was smooth.The tail of the male stretched out into two copulatory spicules,one of which was long and the other of which was short.The short copulatory spicule was hollow while the long copulatory spicule had a smooth surface and extended from the short copulatory spicule. Conclusion The ultrastructural characteristics of T.callipaedafrom humans in Zunyi differ somewhat from T.callipaedafound in other areas.The predominant features were two semicircular muscles at the base of the buccal capsule.These muscles in the neck region closed to form a slit.
