摘　　要：反对非商业性借腹代孕者的担心是可以化解的,非商业性借腹代孕不违背伦理原则并有积极意义。非商业性借腹代孕需要改变生育伦理观念、达成伦理共识、加强伦理审查等伦理支持。Worries about non-commercial gestational surrogacy can be solved. Non-commercial gestational surroga- cy is ethical and positive. Non-commercial gestational surrogacy needs changing the family ethics, reaching consen- sus and strengthening the ethical review and ethics support.
