摘　　要：目的：探讨采用新三联疗法对Hp阳性小儿消化性溃疡进行治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取我院2012年11月～2014年12月期间收治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患儿62例，按照治疗方案的不同将其分为实验组和对照组，其中对照组患者采用甲硝唑（Met）＋胶体次枸缘酸铋钾（CBS）＋阿莫西林（AMO）进行治疗，实验组患儿采用甲硝唑（Met）＋胶体次枸橼酸铋钾（CBS）＋克拉霉素（CLA）进行治疗，对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果实验组患儿的平均腹痛消失时间短于对照组，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论采用新三联疗法治疗Hp阳性小儿消化性溃疡，效果显著，对于改善患儿的生活质量，提高其治疗依从性具有积极作用。Objective To explore the new triple therapy for the treatment of peptic ulcer in children Hp positive clinical results.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital in November 2012 -2014 period December 62 cases of children with Hp-positive peptic ulcer disease, according to the different treatment options will be divided into experimental and control groups, including the control group were treated with metronidazole （Met） ＋ margin of colloidal bismuth potassium citrate times （CBS） ＋ amoxicillin （AMO） for treatment, patients in the experimental group using metronidazole （Met） ＋ colloidal bismuth subcitrate potassium （CBS） ＋ clarithromycin （CLA） for treatment of children with clinical treatment groups were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe average pain disappeared children in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion New triple therapy Hp-positive peptic ulcer in children, the effect is signiifcant for improving the quality of life of children, to improve their compliance with treatment has a very positive effect.
