摘　　要：本文从阐述创新精神在现代生命科学研究中的重要性入手,着重论述了如何在细胞生物学实验教学中培养创新型人才。实践证明,在细胞生物学实验教学中实施创新理念,有利于创新人才的培养。It is very important to have innovation sprit in the research of modern life science.This paper mainly discusses how to culture innovative talents.The practice shows that it is very beneficial to develop innovative talents if the innovative idea is implemented during the process of cell biology experiment teaching.
