摘  要:对16MnR、16MnP、14MnNbq以及SM490C的研究表明,在C、Si、P和S元素当中,S对于钢铁所产生的冲击韧性是最大的。假设S的含量为0.005%-0.019%,则会出现随着S含量的增加,钢铁冲击韧性成倍下降的结果。本文着重研究了通过何种焊接材料和具体工艺能够有效提高转向架整体结构的力学性能。Through the 16 MnR, 16 MnP, 14 MnNbq and SM490C research, the results showed that among the elements of C, Si, P and S, S is the biggest factor of all for the steel produced by the impact toughness. It was assumed that the content of S range was between 0. 005 % - 0. 019 %, it would appear that impact toughness of steel exponentially declined with the increasing of S content. The paper discussed emphatically how the welding material and the specific process could effectively improve the mechanical performance of the whole structure of bogie.
