摘　　要：随着社会的快速发展,社会需求的多样化,就业结构的变化等对人才培养方案修订提出新的要求。在完善人才培养方案的过程中,以社会需求和就业分布为导向,调整课程和实践的内容,积极探索多样化的培养模式,创新实践举措,以培养更适应社会需求的高质量人才。With the rapid development of society, variety in social demand and changes in the structure of employment, new require- ments were put forward to the revision of talents training scheme. In the process of perfecting the talents training scheme, we take the needs of society and the distribution of employment as the guiding principle, adjust curriculum content, diversify training methods, and innovate clinical practice, so as to cultivate higher-quality talents to meet social demand.
