摘　　要：自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）是一类细胞毒性淋巴细胞,在抗肿瘤免疫中扮演着重要角色.2014年第56届美国血液学会年会围绕NK细胞,从基础研究到临床应用均有较多新内容.文章将NK细胞在恶性血液系统疾病中的新进展作一介绍,以使大家更好地了解NK细胞在未来的临床应用.Natural killer cells （NK cells） are a class of cytotoxic lymphocytes and play an important role in anti-tumor immunity.There are many new advances from basic research to clinical applications in the 56th annual meeting of American Society of Hematology around the NK cells in Malignant hematological diseases.In this review,the progress will be given,which helps to understand the trend of NK cells in future clinical applications.
