摘 要:采用Altair-OptiStruct对某型客车车身结构进行拓扑优化计算,实现客车车身结构轻量化设计。根据优化空间最大化的原则,建立车身拓扑优化模型,然后分别对弯曲工况和弯扭组合工况进行车身结构拓扑计算,最后对新的车身结构性能进行验证评价。结果表明:拓扑优化后的车身骨架性能得到了提高、质量减少3.8%,优化结果可为客车轻量化设计提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to achieve lightweight design through the topology optimization of coach body structure by Al- tair-OptiStruct software. Firstly, based on the maximum principle of optimization space, the topology optimization area was esta- blished. Then the topology optimization was conducted under the bending condition and bending torsion condition. Finally, the per- formance of the optimized structure was verified. Results show that the performance of structure has been improved and the weight of the body has decreased by 3.8% after topology optimization. In conclusion, the result of the topology optimization can provide reference for coach body lightweight design.
