摘 要:煤炭运输过程中,甲带式给煤机的应用是非常广泛的,但其频繁出现故障,且发生的位置基本上相同。为提高其工作稳定性,首先从其结构、工作原理、零件加工工艺等方面进行分析,对原设计结构进行改进。改进后甲带式给煤机的结构更加合理,出现故障的频率明显降低,从而给煤矿企业带来了巨大的经济效益。In the process of coal transportation, the sheel belt coal feeder is used very widely, but its fault occurs frequently and roughly in the same position. In order to improve its stability, the analysis of structure design, working principle as well as process- ing technology, and improvement on original structure design are carried out. After improvement, the structure of shell belt coal feeder is more reasonable and the frequency of fault is lower, which would bring huge economic benefits to coal mining enterprises.
