东莞松山湖科技园区经济发展策略研究

摘　　要：东莞松山湖科技园区自设立起始终将"科技发展示范区、产业升级引领区"作为自身发展目标,但松山湖科技园区在快速发展的同时也暴露出了一系列问题,包括产业结构单一、企业之间的关联性及产业集聚效应不足、缺乏科技创新能力等。松山湖科技园区应通过加快园区聚集整合与产业化建设、强化园区内企业的关联性、提升园区内企业的创新能力、促进科技与金融产业融合、创新园区开发模式等具体措施来推动松山湖科技园区经济的快速发展。Ever since its establishment,Dongguan Songshan Lake Science and Technology Industrial Park aims at being＂the demonstration area of science and technology development and the leading area of industry upgrading＂all along. But a series of problems arise along with its rapid development,including single industrial structure,insufficiency of correlation between enterprises and industry agglomeration effect,lack of innovation ability of science and technology,and so on. To promote the rapid development of the Park,the government should,in the park,push the integration and industrialization construction,strengthen the relevance of the enterprises,enhance the innovation capacity of the enterprises,promote the integration of science and technology and the financial industry,and innovate the development mode.
