摘　　要：针对掘进机在井下工作过程中截割部常见的几种故障进行了描述,并对故障进行了细致的分析,找出了引发故障的原因并提出了相对应的改进方案,不仅解决了故障而且提高了整个部件的可靠性,为今后设计提供了参考。In view of the machine in the process of underground work several common faults cutting department are described, and the fault has carried on the detailed analysis, find out the causes of failure and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme, not only solved the fault and improve the reliability of the components, provides reference for future design.
