无氰铜-锌-锡合金电镀工艺的研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的无氰铜-锌-锡合金电镀工艺.确定了该工艺的最佳配方为：Sn2＋1.5～2.0 g/L,Cu2＋ 6.5～8.5 g/L,Zn2＋ 3.8～5.0 g/L,DS6008A 400～600 g/L,DS6008B 200～300g/（kA＆#183;h）,25～35℃,pH值6～7,0.4～0.8 A/dm2.同时对镀液性能和镀层性能进行了测试.A new type of process for electroplating copper-zinc-tin optimum bath compositions and conditions for implementing this p follows. Sn^2＋ 1.5～2.0 g/L, Cu^2＋6.5～8.5 g/L, Zn^2＋ 3.8～5.0 g/L , DS6008A 400～600 g/L,DS6008B 200～300 g/（kA· h）, temperature 25～35 ℃, pH 647 and current density 0.4～0.8A/dm^2. The properties of bath and copper-zinc-tin alloy were tested.
