摘　　要：目的研究诺雷德对女性恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间卵巢功能保护效果。方法将我院2011年1月至2013年12月收治的女性恶性肿瘤患者80例,随机分成两组各40例。对照组进行常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用诺雷德化疗。观察并对比两组患者治疗前、后性激素水平。结果观察组治疗后三个月性激素水平与治疗前相比无明显变化,但FSH、LH水平显著低于对照组治疗后,E2水平显著高于对照组治疗后(均P<0.05)。结论诺雷德对女性恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间卵巢功能具有保护作用,可维持正常性激素水平及月经周期,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the protection effect of Zoladex on ovarian function of female patients with malignant turnout during chemotherapy. Methods Eigthy cases of female patients with malignant tumour admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine chemotherapy, while the observation group was given Zoladex on the basis of routine chemotherapy. The sex hormone levels before and after therapy were observed and compared between two groups. Results Three months after therapy, the sex hormone levels of observation group had no obvious change compared with those before therapy; The FSH level and LH level of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the E2 level was significantly higher than that of control group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Zoladex has protective effect on ovarian function of female patients with malignant tumour during chemotherapy, which can maintain the normal levels of sex hormones and menstrual cycle, and improve patients＇ quality of life.
