分化型甲状腺癌与STK15关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌组织中丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶15(STK15)的表达及其作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测71例分化型甲状腺癌组织及其癌旁组织、45例结节性甲状腺肿组织中STK15基因的表达。结果 71例甲状腺乳头状癌组织中STK15基因的阳性表达率均为100.0%,癌旁组织STK15阳性表达率8.45%,结节性甲状腺肿组织中STK15阳性表达率24.4%。在分化型甲状腺癌组织中STK15的表达具有相关性(p<0.01)。结论 STK15基因在分化型甲状腺癌组织中均为高表达,检测它可提高分化型甲状腺癌的诊断率,对良恶性甲状腺疾病鉴别诊断有重要意义。Objective To explore the expression of serine/threonine kinase- 15（ STK15） and its function in differentiated thyroid cancer tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of STK15 gene in 71 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma and pericarcinomatous tissues,and in 45 cases of nodular goiter tissues. Results The positive expression rates of STK15 gene were 100%,8. 5%,24. 4% in 71 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues,pericarcinomatous tissues,and nodular goiter tissues respectively. The STK15 gene expression was positively correlated with differentiated thyroid carcinoma（ p 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Due to the high expression of STK15 gene in differentiated thyroid carcinoma,the detection of STK15 gene can increase the diagnosing rate of differentiated thyroid carcinoma and have great significance in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
