青光眼低视力70例基本情况调查

摘　　要：目的调查分析青光眼低视力患者的基本情况,以便做好健康指导服务。方法自行设计问卷调查表,对70例住院的青光眼低视力患者进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计学处理。结果 70例青光眼低视力患者中,小学初中文化46例占65.71%;与个人心理情绪状况有密切关系,易怒焦虑急躁者45例占64.28%;初次发病不及时就诊56例占80%,其中因缺乏疾病相关知识不及时就诊44例占78.57%;发病首次到基层医院再转专科医院诊治48例占62.86%;用药不依从者43例占61.43%;入院时眼压高者58例占82.85%;睡眠主要体位与患眼同侧卧位为主。结论青光眼低视力患者的生活质量、基本素质普遍较低、普遍缺乏疾病相关知识而不重视及时就诊、不及时到专科医院就诊,是导致青光眼患者病情加重、视力逐渐降低的重要因素。因此,全面普及青光眼知识、提高医务人员对青光眼疾病诊治水平是防治本病的关键,早期发现、早期诊治是防治本病的重点。Objective To discuss the basic conditions of glaucoma patients with low vision,and offer a better health education. Methods A questionnaire- based survey which was designed by ourselves was conducted among 70 glaucoma patients with low vision. Results Among them,46 had education at junior high schools and below,taking up 65. 7%,45 were susceptible to agitation or angry,accounting for 64. 28%,56 did not receive timely treatment at the initial onset,accounting for 80%,and 44 lacked of disease knowledge,accounting for 78. 57%,48 cases saw doctors at the grass- roots hospitals and then transferred to a special hospital at the initial onset,accounting for 68. 86%; 48 lacked of medical compliance,accounting for 61. 43%,58 had high intra- ocular pressure at admission,accounting for 82. 85%; The main sleeping positions were at the same side as patients’ diseased eyes. Conclusion The basic quality of glaucoma patients with low vision is generally lower,the leading factors of glaucoma patients with visual acuity include lacking of disease knowledge,delayed treatment and delayed consultation at the special hospitals. Therefore,the key is to popularize glaucoma knowledge comprehensively and improve treatment level.Early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment are the focus of prevention of low vision in patients with glaucoma.
